Create a delicious and nutritious hot cacao drink.

Simply blend a tablespoon (more or less to your taste preference and size of vessel) with a small amount of hot water and blend with your milk and sweetener of choice. Set an intention, and focus on this intention whilst you make your cacao drink. Add some vanilla, cinnamon, cardamon or cayenne if you wish.
