The pure cacao blocks are the entire bean, stone ground into a smooth paste, that forms a solid block, and contains all of the unprocessed goodness of an individual bean.

Create a delicious and nutritious hot cacao drink.

Simply blend a tablespoon of grated pure cacao block(more or less to your taste preference and size of vessel) with a small amount of hot (not boiling) water and blend with your (milk if preferred, but water is enough) and sweetener of choice. Set an intention, and focus on this intention whilst you make your cacao drink. Add some vanilla, cinnamon, cardamon or cayenne if you wish. Find a relaxing space to enjoy your drink, and allow quiet contemplation.
